Reservations
By appointment only. Advanced booking of your service is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.

Do note for weekends afternoons and weekday evenings are very popular among other clients . Please try to book as advance as possible to ensure you can get your desire slot.

Each customer are entitled 2 advance booking . However , if you keep cancelling your scheduled appointment for more than twice , you will only entitled 1 advance booking in future.

Punctuality 
Please arrive on time for your appointment. 

If you are
 early, please send a text message.  If you do not get a response, I’m still with a client. 

If you are late, your service(s) will be shortened so that your appointment will still end on time.  You will still be charged full price for the service(s) booked.

Cancellation
Please let me know at least 24 hours if you are not coming . I would greatly appreciate that and reschedule another appointment with you .
 
Children/Male Guest
We love children , but they cannot be adequately supervised on site during your treatment.  Please arrange for child/pet care off site in order to have a relaxing treatment.

Due to privacy and safety , I do not allow male guest as I’m a home-based salon . Would hope that you could understand.
